This policy explains what personal data Not Keepin' It Real ("we", "us") collects through notkeepinitreal.com, why, and what choices you have. We're a small VR/MR/3D design studio based in Madrid, Spain, run by Maya Kaaki. If anything here is unclear, email us at maya@notkeepinitreal.com.

What we collect

• Project inquiry form. When you submit the "Start a Project" form, we collect your name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), project type and message. This is processed via Netlify Forms so we can respond to your inquiry.
• Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location/country, device and browser type, and referral source. This data is pseudonymous and is not linked to your name or email.
• Google Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google's servers, which involves your browser sending a request (including your IP address) to Google when a page loads.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for analytics cookies (Google Analytics is off by default and only loads if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner). We process project inquiry submissions on the basis of your explicit request to be contacted about a potential project.

Who we share data with

We use Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Google (Analytics, Fonts) as processors. Neither sells your data. Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email maya@notkeepinitreal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD.
