Maya Kaaki brought immersive technology into the conversation about women in STEM — inspiring the next generation through hands-on VR.

On March 3rd, Maya participated in IE University's Empowering Women in STEM event, conducting an interactive session for high school students. The highlight was a custom VR scavenger hunt experience created specifically for IE University, giving students a direct taste of immersive technology in an educational setting.

The session was designed to break barriers — showing young women that careers in spatial computing, XR design, and immersive tech are not only accessible but exciting.
